what's up!

since i absolutely couldn't think of anything even remotely interesting to write about tonight, i thought i'd do a little quiz about your eating habits. the question is, how do you enjoy nutritious and delicious rapid noodles?

do you eat it as a soup or pour the water out at the end? i myself pour the water off but that's just me.

free vst's and summer's coming

light, finally. after the long dark winter i'm really enjoying this +20 degrees celsius weather. it's so lovely, and also a bit exceptional because at this time last year it was like +5 at maximum. yummy yummy.

i know a part of ya'll (if not all) are bedroom producers so i thought i might ask if any of you knew decent free vst's? http://delamancha.co.uk/freeware.htm is brilliant but i want more because commercial plugins are so damn expensive. hit me up with good advice!

give me some movie recommendations! i've lately watched a lot of silly romantic comedies and i'm getting a bit bored of them. swift action and witty plots along the lines of guy ritchie's stuff is my favourite. educate please!

imaginary deadline

hi everyone!

i've set an achievement for myself to participate in several remix contests. i've postponed the making of the tracks thinking "it doesn't have to be ready until april 1st". now it's 30th of march and time is running out. i also recently started a new job so there's even less time to work on the tracks.
have you ever had to force yourself to make tunes? it's horrible and nothing good comes out of it. 

 

writers block

i'm having a slight writer's block - on writing music that is. if sequencing and twiddling on the computer can be called writing music. i try to keep pauses and come back to work on the tunes again but it doesn't work, i've become so demanding and pessimistic of my stuff. all my samples sound shit and i can't even synthesize a nice sub, let a lone work out a lovely bassline or a chord progression. ending this rant with a nice song.

urban grind

my mates did this a while back, playing grindcore in the great outdoors. they actually got contacted by a guy from sweden who organizes this metal festival and they got to play there. hilarious.

do you lot like any webcomics? perry bible fellowship is pretty good, although it stopped updating a loong time ago. haven't checked back to it in a while though. hipster hitler is also hilarious. gimme your favourite webcomics!

which are your favourite mints? i'm on the search for the strongest mints in the world. still haven't found a proper one. i kinda like läkerol strong mints though.  your thoughts?
